Wow.

I can't do this film justice with a review, so let me just say that it's one hell of a movie. It was dark, stylish and subtle. Amazing job.

Very nice.

As a fan of your work, and an even bigger fan of StarCraft, that was great. Smooth, solid, and generally great visuals. You did an excellent job with the way you used StarCraft's sounds, too. The song kinda bugged me though, and a few of the drawings were a bit undistinquishable, but that's okay.

I can't wait to see more, good luck.

A horrible trailer.

It was like what, 5 seconds of a poorly drawn Pico? I'm sorry, but please don't release trailers unless they show something promising. The graphics seemed a little stylish, so there is 3 points in both of those categories for you. The two sound pieces were okay, but next time make a note of who you got the sound from before you put it into your movie to asure that you give proper credit where it is due. The concept is kind of cool, but really nothing origial. Afterall, a LOT of new Flash movies have the same "Pico and famous NG characters vs. stick men" idea behind them. I wish you good luck, and hope to god you don't release any more trailers, especially not crappy ones like this that show literally next to nothing.

Very nice.

It was unfortunately extremely short, but Robocop has never looked so badass. The blood looked kinda out-of-place. Were those soldiers 3D as well? They looked like sprites, especially when they were running. Overall, you deserve props. I'm looking foward to that Wheelman movie, too.

A summary

Spelling errors, bad artwork, mediocre music, short trailer, nothing original.

Shitty and disgraceful.

Graphics - The opening title screen made me have high expectations for the graphics, as it looked pretty badass. I was honestly laughing my ass off when I saw that the graphics are actually worse than stick men. Squares and circles filled with extremely cartoony colors doesn't do this movie justice, especially seeing as how you wanted it to be a "serious" movie. Everything graphical in this movie is beyond laughable. And don't even get me started on that Matrix font, which was hard as hell to read.
Sound - Worse than the graphics, amazingly. The remix of KoRn wasn't bad, but it didn't fit this movie in any shape or form. Very bad choice. All of the sound effects were horrid. I mean, wind sounds for the bullet-time effects? Pathetic to the core. Nothing in this section slightly redeems this shitty movie.
Interactivity - Nothing. Not even an attempt at a preloader, which would have been nice considering the inredibly unnecessary file size. I mean, almost 5mb for THIS shit? What a waste of NewGround's bandwidth.
Style - I must admit the concept of this is slightly original, but the concept was executed horribly and just became a bunch of nonsense. By the way, before trying to make your own story within a movies universe, at least know what the hell that movie is all about.
Violence - I suppose there was some of the typical bright red blood that sprays all over. Lame.
Humor - Like previously mentioned, I laughed at the graphics, and that's the kind of bad laugh.
Overall - A disgrace to The Matrix. Completely incorrect, graphics and sound that would make a cat commit suicide, and finally a file size that makes me want to kick your ass. Keep on trying, maybe some day you'll work up some content that looks like you put any effort or thought into it. And please for the sake of the The Matrix title, research the movie a little bit.

Stolen, but whatever.

I hated the "anime" style you used on this, but it was unique anyway. The music was fitting to say the least, but I can't say that I liked it. The humor was so childish; I didn't find it funny at all. This reminds me of a Counter-Strike version of "Hello Kitty".

You are my idol.

Slightly short, but simply badass. The screenplay looks pretty cool too -- I tip my hat to you, Ben.

At last!

You may or may not remember me, but I reviewed you're previous D-DAY submissions. I see you're advancing, very cool video.
Graphics - The animation was very good, it had a sense of action. I really like the style of graphics you chose to use (the almost cartoony style which still holds realism) as in my opinion, makes the animation even better looking. You did a great job on realism and on the little effects, such as the whole Belgium preview, which I found to be simply "wow." with the great view, the night-time skies, lights/gunfire/etc. The Italy preview was very cool as well, with the cool-looking explosions and building. From just a small preview, you've given a great impression on graphics. My only nit is that the soldier's animation on France seems a bit odd, and Omaha's sand looks rather plain - but this IS a preview.
Sound - Well, you're still using the MoHAA sounds eh? They are great sounds themselves, but they still sound "weird" while watching this and you're previous D-Day submission, possibly because they sound "dim" in volume while watching such a quickly-paced movie. Despite all that, you did a great job with them, especially on Beligum. I can't wait to see what you do with them in the fully released episodes.
Interactivity - There is, of course, no interactivity as it's a movie. And honestly, while I enjoyed that part of you're D-Day game, i'm actually happy that this is going to be a full movie. Watching the seemingly quickly-paced action won't have time to click buttons :-)
Style - Well, there's been plenty of war-based videos, but in my opinion none of this quality. I don't think anyones tried actual episods of 1944 events, but either way this is well done so far.
Violence - We got the blood, we got the guns and we got the explosions. One problem I had with you're blood in D-Day was that it was so.. lightly colored. From what I can see in here (extremely little) it's the same way, it's no big deal, but possibly making it darker would look better.
Humor - Move along, move along.
Overall - Great first impression! From what I can see, which is sadly little, you've done a very good job. I know this is simply a trailer, but you've done a great job and are getting better then you're work with D-Day, which I suggest people check out. I hope to see this released, or at least a few episodes, because i've seen too many great potential movies fall. Again, great job.

Great job!

I've really yet to see any "sprite-movies/parodies" to entertain me, but this did. The cool and original concept was executed very well. I loved the music, it seemed very fitting with what was happening with the movie. The slow-down effect you used was cool, especially that bus scene. I'm not sure if it was on purpose, but the cars looked (literally) funny as hell.

5 from me. I'll be looking foward to you're future movies, good luck. :-)
